There is increasing scientific evidence to show
that music can provide a powerful aid towards
effective relaxation and improvement of general
health.
Inner Harmonies Music (IHM) chooses titles with
this idea in mind. These have been variously
described as Ambient, New Age, Relaxation music,
or Romantic Melody. This melodious music is a
delight to listen to whatever you are doing,
whether relaxing at home or busy at work. They help
to take the ragged edge off things and calm you down - well that is our belief.
Who runs it: Inner Harmonies Music is
run by the songwriter and musician, Annie Locke,
and Francis O'Neill. We live and operate
out of Evesham, UK.
You will be able to find out
much more about Annie's involvement with writing
and teaching music within the Website. Francis meanwhile concerns
himself with promoting the good music you'll find
inside these pages - note that we plan to introduce more music and artists this year. He has spent
much of his working life in communications in one
form or another, in writing, in publicity and promotions and as an ICT Trainer.
Prior to joining forces
with Annie, he handled the publicity
for a London pensioners charity,  and before all
that he spent a number of years as a 'digger',
running or taking part in archaeological
excavations around the UK and abroad.
Outside interests include psychology (great fan of Carl
Jung and Carl Rogers), spiritual issues, handwriting analysis, and astrology.
